Loyal Security gives great importance to training and development of employees. For training and development we have initiated different programmes to make sure that we meet with expectation of our clients through high standard of services. As part of an overall professional development program we try involve every single stakeholder who is involved in the process of delivery of our services.
All officers receive management visits each month, this to monitor the site, assess any further training requirements, should any further training or specialised site training be required it would be brought to the attention of the training manager who would then implement training. All employees receive a 6 month appraisal to assess their development and skill base and to indentify where improvements could be made.
In addition to a high level of training, we make sure our employees are working in a safe environment, well assessed by our experienced management and that is why Loyal Security got the high employee satisfaction and retention rate. We also train and make our employees aware about the current increased security and terrorists threats level.
